At the high-level side event "Empowering Women Micro-Entrepreneurs in the Digital Economy" during the 67th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67), DICT Undersecretary Anna Mae Yu Lamentillo emphasized the importance of bridging the digital gender divide to support women micro-entrepreneurs, while celebrating the collaborative efforts of the Government of The Philippines, ITU, International Trade Centre, GSMA, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and BBVA Foundation in organizing the event.
