In February 2023, the Philippines took on the responsibility of chairing the ASEAN Digital Senior Officials Meeting (ADGSOM) and Digital Ministers Meeting (ADGMIN). The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) hosted the third ADGSOM and ADGMIN on Boracay Island, with Anna Mae Yu Lamentillo serving as the Head of Delegation (HOD) for the Philippines.
